I bought a part from Auto zone, but it was a driver's side, before leaving the store I asked if it mattered or was it universal, tech said no there is a passenger and driver side , I need a passenger side, he said ok but you will have to buy it over again so your first perchist will go back on your card, i said ok, then Chime kept it for 5 days befor getting it back .

Chime wouldn’t reaspond back to emails when I called my call time was almost 20 min. After magically when never have waited that long.

The consumer financial protection agency passed on government agencies and the state to be looked into. Also found someone that was able to log in on the bank account a hidden way where found the money and have screen shot proving

Almost taking a day I got bank statements where the supposedly chime member had me made the transactions. Emailed support like was told and they didnt care wouldnt get pay or be able to support kids and not able to pay for new place.

I've been asking them for a week to tell the account my mom wasy payee over to change it to my info since I was my own payee and they have given me every excuse on the book not to so I told them and showed them that it wasn't in the best interest to do so from ssa it states that if you drop your payee then they are to return you remaining balance to you they never did infact they argueed the point with me so I told them they will hear from my lawyer

I am writing this letter to express an overwhelming sense of anger, betrayal, disgust and dissatisfaction, fuelled by a series of unusual events that have left me profoundly distressed. Despite my initial attempt to address my concerns through the formal filing of a complaint against both the supervisor and investigator assigned to my case at Chime, I am left disappointed and deeply angered by the utter lack of accountability and professionalism that has characterized this experience. My particular concern is the absence of any follow-up communication confirming that my case is being addressed with the due diligence, unbiasedness, and impartiality that I am entitled to. Equally distressing, just several minutes from writing my complaint, is the apparent recurrence of an investigator's decision to dismiss yet again my legitimate claim, when I have for so many times been told to wait 90 days for the claim to be complete . This regrettable pattern of dismissive behavior, in the face of my diligently presented evidence, raises the obvious factor that Chime is the most dishonest Bank there ever could be. I regret ever giving out my personal information because I dont believe Chime possesses the ability to have integrity. The culture alone is grosteque you can smell the lies of their customer representatives. The supervisors tone sound as if they hate doing their jobs. The whole process of a dispute at Chime shows that even though it is called customer service, the last thing Chime representatives would do is service their own customers. I find it necessary to categorically state that the actions I have encountered can only be construed as a form of abuseabuse of trust, transparency, and the very essence of customer-centric values that Chime failed in trying to uphold. The paradox is stark: Chime allegedly offers a mechanism for customers to voice their grievances against employees, yet it becomes increasingly evident that when the complaint is directed towards the investigator, it is the investigator team itself that claims the power to make the final decision not only the dispute claim but also the complaint itself. This complexity of roles and responsibilities stands as a blatant misuse of power and undermines the very foundations of ethical conduct. Thanks, Joy

Ive been trying to resolve a issue since june of 2021.

Back in march of 2021 my stimulus payment was deposited into my chime account. I was incarcerated in the state of montana at that time. I used the booking phone from jail to request a new card so i could access the funds and bail myself out and make my rent payment. When I called for the replacement card the funds were there. Once i received the card i again used the booking phone to call chime and activate my card, when i did that i learned that most of the money that was in my account was gone. I told the representative that i did not make those transactions and that i was in jail and had been in jail. I asked the representative to freeze my account. The representative suggested that i email the fraud department and explain the situation. I couldn't do that because I was in jail. When i was released i followed up with chime and attempted to get a refund for the money that was stolen from my account. I was refunded a small portion of the money at that time. They did not refund the whole amount that was taken. I experienced a lot of hardships because of this situation. Since then chime closed my account. I honestly feel its because of this situation. I just want my money back. I dont know what i have to do or who i have to talk to to get this taken care of. I saved all the emails between me and chime. I have been receiving automated responses to my emails and they are getting me nowhere.

Failure to Launch

Status unresolved. Call every two days to follow up on closure check and get different explanation to same result, we don't show check has been sent.

Today they told me they couldn't locate my account based off my physical address that they make me verify EVERYTIME I call them???

The reason why I closed account was because I requested my debit card SIX times and never received it. So it's safe to assume I will never receive my check but someone will.

Signed up for Chime in June. It is now October and have yet to receive a debit card or credit builder credit card. This company has to be the biggest scam in modern banking history. Now I'm suppose to believe that they are going to mail me a physical check after account is closed. I may die before I receive this check, literally die! To make matters worse after 38 min on phone they tell me to email support. I need a lawyer.

The merchant reversed the charge on there end to return to me as of September 30 in which chime has not helped my family after I sent them the coresspondence that was had with the better business beureu and I have explained to chime that I have other bills that needed to be paid before I get evicted
