My money and everything in my app is not working. It's never done this before.
I need to access my account to pay my bills. In years, this has never happened.
I have been on hold on the phone for over 25 minutes. I need help ASAP.

Chime refuse to give me my unarthurized transactions funds back and they keep denying my dispute but they took the smallest transaction for 23.25 and pd that but denying the rest and they all happened on the stolen card at the same place within the same time period... They have a letter from BBB, state attorney general office , consumer finance protection bureau and they were told to block the card but didn't till hours later.. be mnon a fixed income

So, I've found that my account had been hacked and money withdrawn in small increments adding up to almost $800 in damages since November 2, 2024. I filed a claim and as to my demise my claim was denied.
I called and spoke with a Supervisor and he, himself couldn't understand as to why my claim was denied. As a 49-year-old man who works extremely hard, why would I make small $1.28 purchases simultaneously? So the Supervisor reopened the claim and again, denied. So a new card was sent, however; it was sent to an old PO Box from 5 years ago.
I do not quite understand that if I'm verifying my address every call, why was it sent to the wrong address? BYW: it's 5/14/2025, and I still haven't received my new card. I swore by Chime that they were the best.
I've been a customer since they've started. Unfortunately I'm ending my business with Chime.

Not good at all do to my dispute
I had fraud on my Chime account not made by me. I would like my money before I call Channel 5 or the police.
This is ridiculous, and someone took my Social Security disability money. I want my money back.

Listen to your clients listen to what they are saying . On March 31st my purse was stolen from Riverspirits casino and I had to call all bank accounts , get a new ID a new phone and number.
Anyway chime wouldn't stop the card it took them 5 hours to block that card after I called them 3 times. I'm on a fixed income SSA & SSI. This has also caused a serious hardship.. We sent them every paper that they need.
1.A identity theft report 2. A police report 3. A complaint with the ftca so then they denied the dispute saying they seen no wrong??? WHAT?
No Wrong ,? They left my card open for 5 hrs before they locked it ( & they seen no wrong) so I filed with the ftca and they sent them letter so they rebuttal it opened it back up . There is 5 transactions like 2-5 mins apart and they took the smallest transaction and gave me a provisional credit on it only $23.25 and the total is $324.00 and told me I needed to wait 10 more business days .. provisional.
Reddit should of been on the 23rd.
There is also a demand letter that was sent certified mail to California address and you guys did sign for it . Which is up on the 23rd of this month.

She keeps calling you to get a new card so she doesn't have to pay for four phone companies that she owes money to. She is a scammer.

My daughter sent me 20.00, and I can't use it. The card was declined 3 times, nor will it allow me to transfer the 20.00 to my linked bank account. Furthermore, why is there not a number to call to speak to a live person?

Long story short. I was trying to pay my rent, which I send to my boyfriend, while I was driving.
So I had him do it. For some reason, he clicked on the wrong name. How he didn't know his name, I don't know. Anywho, after he sent it, he realized he sent it to the wrong person.
We immediately called Chime. They were concerned at first but then patched me through to the dispute center. Ugh, basically, they said there's nothing they could do and didn't bother reaching out to the person. I, of course, did.
And, of course, got no response. So I was out my rent money, and they absolutely did nothing but answer my call! Don't bank with them. No sense of security.
Get a real bank or at least find a company that cares. Thank God we had money to make up for the lost money, but the feeling was so hurtful to know my bank gave no care at all.

Chime gave me the feeling that not only my money is not safe ,the disputes are not dealt with professionally.
I am so upset with Chime I could cry right now . On 3/15/2025 I made a cash deposit of 264.95 , Circle K charged me 4.95 total 264.95 .
The same day I notice my 260.00 just disappeared in thin air unbelievable . Circle K at that point started blaming Chime in returns blame Circle K neither company care to admit at fault. I am so frustrated right now. Its not like money grown trees $260 going down the drain.
I stayed on the phone with Chime that day for about two hours. I was told that the matter will be taken care of and I was gonna receive a credit of $260 Within 10 business days when I called Chime about the matter I was told that they had no info on the dispute whatsoever so once I begin pulling out my receipts from March 15, 2025, all of a sudden he finds the dispute that I put in at that point I was told by the supposedly the head supervisor the highest guy I can talk to That he have no clue why I havent received my $260 credit which it has been way past that time that I was due the credit of $260 so he just apologized to me did not have any answers on why my file wasnt update or while I was lost its supposed to be lost for a long time and then all of a sudden they find it And said sorry and hung up on me. Im so frustrated with Chime . if you look up my account history every day, I deposit money through trying in my account not at the same Circle K anymore.
I dont go there anymore, but I Ive been with trying for about six months and I have had the worst experience ever with any bank at this point its about the principal.
Im willing to trust chime with my account with my money my heart earned money and chime cannot even give me an honest answer why they havent credit my $260 back in my account shame on you Chime if I can show trust and loyalty with banking with Chime why cant Chime give me that back in return ? All Im asking for is some professionalism while handling my case and I was told that within 10 business days that $260 would be debited to my account while the investigation still continues and all I have receive from you guys is you lost my account you have no information on the dispute that I spent two hours putting in with you guysand when you do find the dispute, you have no answer answers on why I havent received my 260.00 sounds to me that you guys can care less rather Im sleeping on the streets or eating out the garbage can shame on you all

No one answers the phone or emails this is no customer service at all this company never resolved my issues and I will not be returning anybody any time soon thats for sure.

I tried to activate my new chime card and it kept saying that they can't identify the new number I gave my full information
I gave my full information and social security it's just simply ineffective and improperly we need human beings that can go through the full details and information and activate the new chimes card please give me a representative thank you sincerely yours Larry Short

I cannot recover a Chime account associated with an old phone number that I do not remember. I have documentation to prove my identity, and I will need to reset and update my account information.

If you are going to contact anyone in writing ask for help or someone to proofread. This is horrible.
