They goty hopes up by giving my a ticket number, because they keep asking for more of the same documents that i already sent. So I send the ticket number and they say no further action can b taken unless I send in those documents.

I need to update 2 things on my acct so Chime will working my phone. I scanned drivers license front and back to certify it was me. Still get run around- poor customer service- need someone who speaks English not broken English.
