No, they have done absolutely nothing. I even called their Legal Dept. A guy named Erik Johnson answered the phone, claimed he will issue a credit immediately on all my Disputes. Did nothing.

Never gave me credits as promised for all my Disputes. My account is negative over 100.00 now, Erik Johnson in the legal department lied, and my number got blocked!!

Door dash, Walmart and the Days Inn Day Stop said they were never contacted by any Investigation team. Just as I thought! Bank Corp the actual Bank re routes to Chime who is only a CARD company, not a BANK!! SCAM!!

I'm reporting to both the Inspector General and CFBP!! I have zero dollars, and I'm not tolerating this garbage company!!

Tell me how I have three account numbers and one card. A virtual account number, a credit builder number and the physical card number. I can use the physical card at an ATM but if I want to link my bank it links to the virtual account. Unbelievably frustrating.

When I got off the phone with Chime, I still was unable to change my information from my phone to my tablet. My phone wasn't charging and I needed to access my Chime account. When I hung up the phone, I still wasn't able to change my information.
