Bad service

This department is horrible on disputing and helping the costumer I was a victim of fraud they took about 2200.00 and chime denied my dispute twice, and it was done in minutes it felt like they did not investigate at all. I recommend open yourself a national bank ... To add it feels like you have to beg for help and that call center an agent actually called me when he was clocked out and used his personal number great way to keep our personal info protected...

To the director of this company y'all should be ashamed of yourself for not letting me get an opportunity to get a call from you all y'all blame me for something that somebody else did took my identity and y'all show that y'all did not get care of nothing about nobody identity if y'all doing me like this y'all doing everybody else like that it wasn't my fault that somebody use my name and then when I did try to fill out the application I saw my ID the front and the back and took a picture showing that that's me that's my address you lied and said you were going to let me take over the account then you came back to the phone and said I couldn't take over the account then the young lady going to say she didn't want me to talk to the head manager then y'all had the nerve to send me a text message I'm not getting a lawyer I don't need y'all send me no text back talking about getting no lawyer I wanted to take over my account then on top of that y'all going to tell me that I can't qualify to get a credit card from you all all super fat somebody else took over my identity that person name was Johnny and he was from California so how the *** he a woman and he a damn man so y'all let this man Carry me the whole time using my card in my name and on the way I found out about it when y'all later said he left $11 on there and I asked her what's the address she said she couldn't give me the information but I wind up finding out that he from California I'm from Memphis so how y'all going to blame me for something that I did not do y'all unprofessional wise I see y'all do everybody like that you only got one chance and one chance only that's real messed up I feel like y'all should go out of business for real even though y'all good company but the way y'all do people y'all need to go out of business I would never recommend nobody to you all I will cause the way you did me so I hope you're happy cuz I'm sure in the *** not

File a report with the police. Also, do what you want in your personal life, but when you communicate in person or in writing in a professional capacity stop using y’all and you all. It is ridiculous how many times you used both in your post.

Loss of mobile check deposit

In April 2024, I deposited a check from a company that had not received authorization to issue the check using mobile check deposit. I tried calling Chime to advise them of the situation, but was told it was in process and could not be stopped.

The check was returned. However, my account was never near zero at any time. This was the only returned check I have had with Chime, and I have been a direct deposit account holder for more than three years. Now, the mobile check deposit feature is disabled on my account.

The customer service personnel have told me this is a system-generated restriction put on my account.

They suggest going to the nearest bank and asking them to cash the check, then depositing the cash at Walgreens. I have been to four banks and they refuse to cash a check unless I have an account with them.

Is not returning money they wrongfully took from my account

Chime followed through and deducted money from my account from an attempted ATM withdrawal that never dispensed my cash. When I called, they refused to return my money and suggested I file a dispute, which they, in turn, denied, forcing me to file for a rebuttal. They claim the dispute team is still investigating it and it's been two weeks. Supervisors refuse to deal with me and after several failed attempts to speak to a supervisor due to getting hung up on multiple times, I attempted to contact the co-founder and CEO but could never get a response at all.

Can't talk to anyone

When you have a problem and you can't talk to anyone, it sucks! I want to at least chat via text with someone. It's very difficult to even find the chat portal, and when you do, it's a chatbot. I do not like this feature at all. I had a direct deposit set up, and they did not pay me my $100. I tried to contact someone and never got an answer. They finally called but did not resolve my problem. They said a member of the management team would contact me, and still, days later, no one has!!! Also, they never paid me my $100!

Initially last WK I sent $5 from cash app to chime for the first time since I found my card. I sent 5 to chime so that I cud withdrawal my 90 from fanduel.

Then a few nites ago I sent I had sent $20 from cash app to chime. While I was at the store late nite n card kept declining. I got a hold of customer service b the said My account was neg $25 for sumthin I didn't even purchase bak n 2022 n had jus recently found my card. Which left me wit a balance of neg $5.

Then a cpl days ago I wanted to gamble n since I'm aware My chime account was neg $5 n sum change, (which my prepaid card shud have never been n the negative since I didnt have the funds) I deposited $20 which shud have left me with $15. Except they never added it wen I transfered the $20 from cash app. On my cash app statement shows I sent the $20 to the bank corp etc. But never applied to my account in still neg $5.

I'm seriously goin to look into getting a diff card or carrier bcuz this is ridiculous. N then can not even get ahold of a live rep to help me fix it. Technically im owed $40 for taking $20 the first time n then the second time another $20.

Not even putting on my account. I need this resolved ASAP

I put thousands into chime and been using it for a while now and this the second time my dispute was denied wen I lost my card Walmart I never purchased anything from there Im not even from Pennsylvania Im new Jersey I went on vacation and lost my card and reported It I tried to report it at the same time but Walmart charge was pending for 2days so I had to wait and now they telling me it was denied thats not fair to customers chime is to easy for people to use you can swipe the card and bypass the code so therefore I should be able to get my money back if I aint use my card can someone contact me because if I cant get my money back I want to cancel this account cause this the second time I got robbed and denied my money back

NEED TO UPDATE INFORMATION ON MY CHIME CARD

I am desperately trying to update the address and phone number on my Chime account. I have not used it for quite some time, so I don't know if that's why you cannot identify me, but it just keeps giving me the runaround when I try to get online. I have been a victim of email fraud identify fraud and I reported it to social security administration.fesral trade co , FBI , to chime and it automatically goes to all authorities locally and naturally ...thy had my social benefits direct deposit I to there account per social security administration I have report ..I dispute 885 and y'all are taking it back today I will be negative also whren y'all put the 885 credit thy took more out I actually thought y'all had to taken it out so I didnt bother at the time i just burried my mom April 7th she was on hospice before that I dint have enuff money to burry her ..I have every doc to back this up

Hi my daughter has been in the hospital for 21/2 weeks in bad condition. She cant talk or walk.

The hospital has a skilled nursing home to admit her but they cant with a bank statement. I have Cher account number SSN and of course birthdate. Can someone please allow a bank statement emailed to me so I can send it to the nursing home.

They must have this information for Medicaid to approve admittance please help me please I know she receives SSI each month $371 but they need verification of her bank account information. What do you need from me so you know I am her mother as soon as she talks I will get a POA to forward to you

Trash *** company

card got stolen like 3 times since i been with chime and now i cant even get my replacement. ive tried 3 times and have yet to get my card. Can never get a human on the other side of costomer service, always automated. Cant do anything with this trash bank and im going to a real one. worked for bit then they just quit even trying. no clue where my 3 cards are in the world.
